Takagi and Nishikata’s last summer vacation before starting high school is coming up. Both of them, in their minds, are looking for an excuse to get together outside of school activities. Then they find an abandoned kitten and decide to take care of it, setting up a temporary cat bed on the grounds of a nearby temple they often pass by. Since neither of them can take him home with them, they come up with the idea that they will find a family for the kitten together.

Nie będę ukrywał – na tę figurę polowałem już od dłuższego czasu – nie zorientowałem się na czas z preorderem kilka lat temu. Niestety albo ceny były astronomiczne, albo sprzedawcy życzyli sobie ogromne kwoty za wysyłkę (w końcu pudełko jest dość masywne). Ostatnio jednak udało mi się ją zakupić (i to w wersji takiej jak chciałem, ponieważ istnieje również taka bez rajstop) w dość rozsądnej cenie.

Obie publikacje zawierają oficjalne ilustracje trzeciego sezonu To Aru Kagaku no Railgun prezentujące bohaterki serialu w przeróżnych sytuacjach. Wydane są w formacie A4 i liczą około 80 stron i są oprawione w kolorowe obwoluty oraz obi. Większość grafik wypełnia całe strony A4, w tym sporo ilustracji zajmuje obie strony. Nie mogę zarzucić nic jakości druku oraz papieru.
Akasa Ai – Red Queen (Kadokawa, 2022)
The artbook named Red Queen published by Kadokawa is a collection of original illustrations by Akasa Ai. It counts 128 A4-size pages printed in full color on excellent quality paper. Print quality is impressive – especially when viewing the whole thing live. The publication is divided into eight chapters. The penultimate one shows the author’s creative process, while the last two pages show thumbnails of all the pages.

Nabatame Haru, Seibu Rio and Tamaki Kyouka form an idol unit called TINGS. Unfortunately, despite almost a year of activity, they are unable to gather crowds.
